As discussed at the parents meeting, NSD will use the GroupMe app to communicate urgent messages (e.g. pool closures or adverse weather conditions). The messages will be announcements meaning that you won't be able to reply directly to the message. Also, as a follow-up to our parents meeting, we are looking for parents to volunteer thier time and talents to serve on the NSD Board of Directors. Please get back with me (Tobin McMurdie) if you are willing and able to serve on the Board. We need a new President, Vice President, Volunteer Coordinator, and Technology Specialist. We would like to replace board members by the end of November. NSD will not be able to continue without your support. Current Board members are happy to continue to advise and assist incoming board members throughout the season. Please, please, please get involved on the board and if you have any questions about NSD please reach out.
