USA Swimming Registration & Fees

Membership Fees (paid directly to USA swimming)

- 12 and younger: $30 Flex Membership (only up to two USA-hosted competitions per season | Championships excluded | Cannot upgrade membership mid-season!)
- All ages: $53 Seasonal Membership (allows unlimited USA-hosted competition 150 days from payment | Register by mid-October)
- All ages: $88 Premium Membership (unlimited competitions for one year)
- IMPORTANT: Flex and Seasonal memberships must be strategically purchased in October in order to be eligible for late-season competitions. Please do not purchase these memberships in advance.

Meet & Competition Fees - Paid by the parent in advance, after declaring and selecting events.
- Per Event Fee: Each competition typically has a per-event swimmer fee that can range anywhere from $2-$13 (e.g., 100 Free - $10). NSD will make a bulk payment to the hosting USA swim team and request reimbursement from participating families.
- Meet Swimmer Fee: There is a per swimmer fee for attending the meet, typically $2.50. We charge $5 for this to cover the CC processing fees.
- How to Pay: Go to our Team Store to pay for the swimmer and event fees. Please pay in advance. Please pay both per event and meet swimmer fees at the same time. An additional nominal fee has been added to cover the processing fees taken by Stripe.
- Missed events/meets after declaring: Unfortunately, there are no refunds for missed declared events due to illness or other circumstances. You are still be responsible for paying the fees for the events you declared for, regardless of changing circumstances necessitating missing a USA meet. NSD pays hosting teams in advance and is not refunded for "no show" (NS) swimmers.
