Parents, thank you for your continued support this season. While the continuing pandemic and other challenges prevented us from competing this year, we appreciate your patience and willingness to continue bringing your kids to practice for some much-needed exercise and skill building. We sincerely hope to be able to compete with other swim teams next season and will work toward that goal throughout the off season.

Reminders:

• Last day of practice/pool party is Friday, 4/1 from 6 - 7:45pm. We have negotiated with the pool to open the water slide to give the kids an opportunity to have some fun on the final day. The coaches will have other activities as well. 
  • If you cannot attend the end of season party Saturday and would like your swimmer to still get a NSD t-shirt, we will have them here. 
  • No food at this event
• Bowling party Saturday from 6 - 10pm at Naval Station Norfolk. Please RSVP by 6pm Wednesday if you haven't already (go to "Events" on this site). 
  • Meet up at Gate 5 on Hampton Blvd by 6pm to be shuttled in if you do not have access to the base. Those with military IDs will assist to get you/your vehicle on base.

  • We will have catered snacks and also serving cake. 
  • Adults are welcome to purchase their own adult beverages.
