Good morning! We are opening registration for a half season beginning 1/9/23 through 3/31/23! We are finalizing pool space and practice times, but you should be able to expect similar practice times as below:

• Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
  • Beginners: 6:00 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Intermediate: 6:30 - 7:10 p.m.
  • Advanced: 7:10 - 8:00 p.m.

• Tuesdays/Thursdays 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. (All ages)

We are also securing the practice loaction(s) with the city of Norfolk and possibly the Hampton Roads Kroc Center.
