Linked/Attached are the following for the 11/4 meet:

• Athlete event list (check-in list) - this is the easiest and fastest way to find out what events your swimmer is competing in. You can mark their arm E/H/L style using this (see link below for more help). 
• Heat Sheet - this is how the meet is seeded
• Volunteer & Concessions list - a reminder of what you signed up to donate for concessions and/or volunteer for! Important - we may need additional help and ask those who didn't volunteer to step in! Meets run smoother when we have everyone we need and we're a bit short in a few roles!
• Potluck list - reminder of what you signed up to bring for the potluck if you RSVP'd!

• This is an abbreviated meet. The first meet of the season is always shorter (ours is only 40 events this season) so new parents and swimmers can get accustomed to the format. Future meets will have more events.
• Download SwimTopia app on your phone to follow along (Pro version has real-time results!)
• Hoodies and shirt orders are in! You can pick up during meet if you pre-ordered (registration form or store order). We have a limited quantity of extra hoodies and shirts available for purchase, along with other merch (stickers, mesh bags, swim caps).
