Good morning, NSD Families! We hope you've recovered from your food coma and are still enjoying your holiday break!

Here's some updates and reminders for the week.

Updates:

December Swim Meets - we have three swim meets available to swimmers during the week of December 4th. All of these are now open for you to declare your swimmers. Go to Meets & Events SwimTopia page and declare your swimmer!

• 12/6 - ODAC & NSD 8 & Under Dual Meet. USA and non-USA swimmers 8 and under are welcome! Entries due Monday 11/27! This meet is planned to fit within normal practice schedule from 6-8pm. Let's show up to represent NSD and the start of more regular competitions with a local swim club!
  • Where: Great Bridge Swim & Racquet Club (1200 Back Road Chesapeake VA)
  • When: Wednesday, 12/6 from 6 - 8PM (warmups at 6PM, meet starts at 6:30)
• 12/9 - NSD Intra-squad Meet (all ages USA and non-USA)
  • Where: Northside Pool
  • When: Saturday, 12/9 from 8:30AM - 12PM (estimated) (warmups at 8:30AM)
• 12/8 - 12/10 - USA ONLY CGBD East Coast Winter Fest 9-12 year olds. Entries Due on Monday, 11/27!
  • Where: Hampton Aquaplex
  • When: Friday - Sunday 12/8 - 12/10
  • Note: 8 year olds may compete if they have a BB time or better in that respective event. See meet info for more details.
  • Please work with Coach Maurice and Hillary on scheduling if you're planning to compete at both this USA meet and our Intra-squad meet 12/9.

Reminders:

• We have a limited quantity of "Eat my Bubbles" hoodies in stock on the Team Store. These would make a great holiday gift, just sayin' ;-)

• 

• Pre-ordered merch and team photos are in, please pick them up next week! I'm going to start paying my kids to drop by and deliver them to your place.
