All, practice Wednesday, 12/13, at Southside will be dry land and classroom instruction only. There is a diving competition during practice so we will use the time to discuss legal technique. This is a great opportunity for younger swimmers to get some important instruction on breaststroke and butterfly techniques and legalities. We encourage you to attend!
