Best of Luck! to our USA 9-12 swimmers this weekend at the SouthEast Champs meet in Williamsburg!  Swim fast and have fun! 

REMINDER NO PRACTICE MONDAY due to President's Day.  Pool is closed for the holiday.  

Our last NSD meet is coming up March 23/24 and will be a dual meet with ECAT swimming in Portsmouth.  More details to follow as we approach the meet.

• 3/24 Long Course events 
• We will need lots of volunteer timers!  

!!SAVE THE DATE!! We are near finalizing the date of our end of season celebration.  Please block your calendars for the afternoon of Saturday, 3/23 or during practice Monday, 3/25 (6-8pm).  More details to come!  We will be presenting awards and certificates as well as food and CAKE!
