I hope that everyone is starting to feel settled into the school year and finding their groove with sports, academics, and family life.  I know that it's been great to see consistency already in our practices and it's been great getting to know the new NSD families.  

Reminders/Updates: 

1. Coaches note: please remember water bottles at goggles at practice. 
2. Our Team Store (here), is currently not showing our custom suits with logo.  I have sent an email and will fix that asap as soon as I hear back from them. Apologies for this issue! 

Please register for our upcoming Intrasquad swim meet this coming Saturday if you haven't already done so.  Registration will close Friday 9/20 midday to prep for the meet.

Jon (NSD president) will run a First Meet Meeting for new (and returning if desired) families on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday this week during the beginner swim time 6-6:30.  If you have any questions on how a meet works, please plan to attend!  All swimmers, all levels are encouraged to attend the meet.  Meets are fun!
