Attached below are the heat sheets for this weekend's meet and forwarding the info from Coach Art of ECAT for the daily schedule, etc.  We need to provide 2 timers on SUNDAY only so thank you to those who signed up on Saturday, feel free to reach out Sunday morning to see if anyone needs to adjust.  Marie Shanahan, Brian Breguet, and Austin Loney are signed up for Sunday timers.  Appreciate you all!  

The November meets will be open by this afternoon so please take a look at your calendars and RSVP early!

We are excited to be hosting you all at our indoor pool in Portsmouth, VA. Address: East Coast Aquatic Center (Boys and Girls Club) 5905 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701 

Warmup Schedule: 

7:00-7:25 First Warmup 

• Lane 1: ECAT - Dev 
• Lane 2: ECAT - AG2 
• Lane 3-4: ECAT - SR1 
• Lane 5-6: ECAT - SR2 7:25-7:50 

Second Warmup 

• Lane 1: OBX and Unattached 
• Lane 2-3: NSD 
• Lane 4-6: ECAT - AG1 

Timelines: The timelines are a little short but I am sure they will get the job done. Saturday we are looking at 8-10 am and Sunday 8-11:00 am. 

Timers: ECAT will be providing most of the timers for the meet. NSD will be helping with 2 timers on Sunday. 

Parking: There should be enough parking in our lot. Anywhere you can find is fine including grass areas. Please do not park in the hair salon parking lot. They will tow you.  

Gym and Bathrooms: The pool deck bathrooms are for swimmers only. The Gym will be available for people to hang out and put their stuff. The Gym Bathrooms are for non swimmers. If you have youth that are not swimmers, please have someone accompany them to the restroom. We look forward to seeing you all this weekend.
