Last call to register for the ECAT November Invitational meet on November 23rd & 24th.  Both days will start early, but they're fairly fast meets.  It shouldn't go any longer than 11:30ish both days.  

Please take advantage of this excellent opportunity for a really fun and quick meet.  Open to both USA & Non-USA swimmers and hosted locally in Portsmouth, VA.
