From Coach Art regarding this weekends ECAT meet in Portsmouth.  

NSD,We are excited to be hosting you all at our indoor pool in Portsmouth, VA.

Warmup Schedule:

•  Lane 1-3: ECAT - AG1 
• Lane 4-5: ECAT - SR1 
• Lane 6: ECAT - SR2 

7:25-7:50 Second Warmup 

• Lane 1-4: NSD 
• Lane 5: ECAT - AG2 
• Lane 6: Dev 

Timelines: The timelines are a little short but I am sure they will get the job done. Saturday we are looking at 8-10:30 am and Sunday 8-10:30 am. We are adding a 15 min break after event 10 and 28. This will give the swimmers a little more time between events. 

Timers: ECAT will be providing most of the timers for the meet. NSD will be helping with 2 timers on Saturday and Sunday. 

Parking: There should be enough parking in our lot. Anywhere you can find is fine including grass areas. Please do not park in the hair salon parking lot. They will tow you.

Gym and Bathrooms The pool deck bathrooms are for swimmers only. The Gym will be available for people to hang out and put their stuff. The Gym Bathrooms are for non swimmers. If you have youth that are not swimmers, please have someone accompany them to the restroom. We look forward to seeing you all this weekend.
