Hope everyone is ready for the holiday this week and excited to gobble till you wobble!  I'm so thankful for my family and my friends who make me feel like family during the holidays.   

Updates: 

** NO PRACTICE** Thursday November 28th and Friday November 29th in observance of the holiday.  

Meet results for the ECAT November meet are loaded into swimtopia.  If you haven't had a chance to join for one of these meets yet, try to join us in January.  It's a great meet and finishes up very quickly!  Some Highlights from the meet: 

• NSD girls rocked the 50 fly with Avery coming in 3rd, Kaitlyn 4th, and Scarlett 6th.  
• Denham took 2nd in both the 25 back and 25 breast!  
• Nina was 3rd in the 50 back and has a new personal best for that event. 

So proud of all of our competitors and looking forward to seeing what they can accomplish with their times in upcoming meets. 

Reminders: 

All USA December meets declarations are due 12/1 by 9pm.  We have 2 USA meets on the SAME weekend, so choose accordingly.  If you have any questions deciding, please  email either Hillary or myself.  

Our next intra-squad meet is coming up on 12/7 at Southside Pool.  Please declare by 12/5.  

NOTE: if you think it's a possibility that your swimmer could attend a meet, it's best to at least register them for the meet with no events.  It's far easier to add events than to add a swimmer to a sanctioned meet.  I promised Coach Art of ECAT and Coach Craig of ODAC no more late entries after November.  So remember to declare on time!
