Good Evening swim families, 

Linked below are the heat sheets and the athlete check in sheets for the meet tomorrow.  Please follow along on a printed copy of the heat sheet or on swimtopia on your phone.  Children should stay with their teammates when possible so the shepherds and zookeepers can find them easily when it's their turn for their event!

Side Note: I know that germs have been flying amuck all around Hampton Roads.  If your swimmer is not up to the meet in the morning, do not worry at all.  Just shoot me a text and we hope they feel better soon!    

Some final reminders: 

• Go here if you have questions about how to prep for a meet
• Download the swimtopia app and ensure you are logged in with notifications turned on.  You can see your child's events on here as well as where we are in the meet (with a slight delay sometimes)
• MERCH!  We will have our new hoodies and sweats available for purchase tomorrow as well as stickers, caps, tees, and I will have the free registration tees with me as well if you haven't received yours yet.

Timeline: 

• 8:00-8:15 athlete check in 
• 8:15-8:45 Warm Ups (all swimmers)
• 8:45-8:55 Volunteer Meeting (in classroom)
• 8:59 National Anthem
• 9:00 Meet begins!
