First, Happiest of Holidays to all of our swimmers and their wonderful families. I hope that everyone enjoyed their time together, felt the joy of the season, and found a little time for respite and connection during this busy time of year.  

Updates: 

• Practice resumes on Monday with the following schedule for next week: practice on Monday, Thursday, and Friday ONLY.  The following week we are back to a normal schedule.  
• USA advanced level swimmers: Starting Monday, feel free to attend practice beginning at 6:30pm.  We are going to trial adding the USA advanced Level swimmers into an earlier starting time slot.  I'll update as we get further into January if it isn't working with the amount of kids we have attending.  This is NOT REQUIRED.  
• We are invited to attend an ODU swim meet Saturday, January 11th.  The meet is in Hampton at the Aquaplex.  I will send out more info in the next few days with details. This is a really fun activity for the kids to celebrate with the ODU team and watch college level swimming.    

Reminders: 

• ODAC rising stars (USA only) January Meet declarations due no later than tomorrow, Sunday, December 29th at 9pm.  
• ECAT January meet (USA & non-USA) open for declarations. Due 1/8 by 9pm.  
• I still have hoodies, sweats, and other NSD swag if you would like to purchase, just reach out and I can plan to meet you at practice one evening.  
• All pictures are in.  I will be at practice with them all this coming week or reach out if you need to meet me at another time.  Happy to make that work as well.
