Swim families, sincere apologies for the lack of communication this past month.  Hoping that no other curve balls come flying my way to derail me for at least a little while.  My grandfather is mending nicely (thankfully!) and I am slowly healing from my illness I ignored while tending to my family in early January.  I hope that everyone has thoroughly enjoyed our little pile of snow that fell this week!  What a treat for the kids.  I know mine have been outside for hours on end sledding on the tiny hill near our house.  And it's been a nice reprieve to be home together in the evenings as a bonus.  

Updates: 

Some of our swimmers pool memberships have expired or are on the verge of expiration.  I will attain a list and email out to everyone, but if you think of it please ask at check in if it's time to renew.  All swimmers must have a current membership with NPS. 

Reminders: 

We have a few meets coming up that declarations are due for.  Please get your kiddos signed up asap!  I can adjust the intra squad meet manually for a couple of days, but the championship meets will need to be finalized when due.  

February 1st -- NSD Intra-Squad Meet (DECLARATIONS DUE TODAY 1/24)

I will send a separate email for the ECAT meet this weekend.  I want to finalize that they don't intend to postpone first.  I know that all sorts of fun germs and bugs are flying around Hampton Roads, if your swimmer isn't up to swimming this weekend no worries.  Just shoot me a text or email and I'll let the coaches know.  It is too late to officially withdraw, but it's completely fine that they don't swim if they aren't feeling well.
