Sorry for the late night post, swim families!  

Attached is the heat sheets PDF for the meet tomorrow.  (NOTE: it says 8:30 start time, but actual start time is 9am sharp)

Here is the details for arrival.  

• Where: Northside Indoor Swimming Pool (8401 Tidewater Dr. Norfolk, VA)
• When: Check in begins at 8:10am, warmups 8:30am.  Meet begins at 9am.  I know the heat sheets say 8:30, but actual start time is 9am sharp.  
• Details here for meet logistics, etc.  Please ask in the morning as well.  The check in desk as well as myself and the coaches are available to help swimmers write their events on their arms, understand where they belong, etc. 

Please check your volunteer assignment and be ready to lend a hand tomorrow.  Many hands make light work!  We will need some parents to volunteer to help shepherd in the morning as well as timers for the 2nd half of the meet.  If you have not volunteered at a meet yet, please come forward and lend a hand.  All of the jobs are very simple and anyone can do them!  

Last of all, if anyone needs to call out sick, please text me in the morning at 586-229-9610 I know there are germs flying around EVERYWHERE.
