Good luck to all of our USA kids headed to the SE District Champs meet this weekend!  Here is the meet info for those swimming: 

Where: Brittingham-Midtown Aquatic Center (570 McLawhorne Dr. Newport News, VA)

I will attach the warm up assignments and heat sheets that we have swimmers in.  Our 9-10s are swimming Saturday midday in session 5 and our 11-12s are swimming Saturday morning in session 4 and Sunday morning in session 7.
