A couple of quick reminders for everyone this week:

✅The last day to sign up for the next ECAT meet is Friday, November 8th.
If you plan to compete, please make sure you’re signed up before the deadline so we can get everyone entered on time.

📸Don’t forget to purchase your individual and team photos!
They’re a great way to celebrate your hard work and memories. Check your email for photo link and ordering details.

📅All Norfolk Public Pools are closed tomorrow (Tuesday, November 4th).
Enjoy the day off, and use the extra time to rest, get outside, or squeeze in some stretching!
