Hi Swim Team Families,

I hope everyone is having a great week! I wanted to share a few important reminders and opportunities to help as we head toward the end of the season.

Upcoming Meet- March 14th– Volunteers Needed
Our next swim meet is next weekend, and right now we do not have enough volunteers signed up. Meets simply can’t run without parent support, and we really need families to step in to help with timing, concessions, and other meet roles. Since this is our last meet of the season, we’d love for everyone to help make it a great one for the swimmers. If you’re able to volunteer, please sign up as soon as possible. REGISTRATION CLOSES SUNDAY

End-of-Year Party – April 18
We’re starting to plan our End-of-Year Swim Team Party on April 18, and we would love a few parents to help with planning and organizing. This is always a fun way to celebrate the swimmers and the season together. If you’re interested in helping plan decorations, food, games, or coordinating the event, please let us know!

Board Volunteers Needed
Looking ahead to next season, we will have several board members stepping down or moving which means we will need new volunteers to step into leadership roles. If you’ve ever considered getting more involved, this is a great opportunity to support the team and help keep the program running strong. Please reach out if you’d like to learn more about the available roles.

Our swim team runs on the support of our amazing families, and we truly appreciate everyone who helps make this such a great experience for the kids.
