Good Afternoon!

We have had a great three weeks of practice!

We are changing our schedule this coming week to what should be our long term practice schedule - it is posted on our webpage under News and Info, Practice locations/days.  Please note - Beginners are M/W/F.

Additionally, the equipment section was updated - please review and let the coaches know if you have any questions.  The goal is to have the equipment available for use on 10/5.

Team suits - there are two options:

You can go to Aquawear in Virginia Beach to try on and purchase a suit.  It will be a Speedo brand suit and will cost about $60 ($80 with a 25% discount).

Or you can go to our Swimoutlet team page and purchase a suit for about $35.  Because it is personalized it will not be returnable.

Please let us know if there are any questions.

Thank you.
